1. Target yield estimates are calculated weekly as of 3/4/26 and are calculated solely by Waldo using the weighted average of the published SEC 30 day yield of the underlying securities less anticipated fees and assume an account value over $10,000,000 and an associated 0.1% management fee. Actual yield may vary. To qualify, clients must have an active Accelerator Checking account in good standing and maintain a minimum aggregate balance of $250,000 across eligible Grasshopper deposit accounts, which currently include Accelerator Checking and Accelerator Savings. Grasshopper reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements at any time without prior notice.

2. Excess SIPC insurance is provided by Waldo’s custodian partner Alpaca Securities LLC (“Alpaca”) via the purchase, by Alpaca, of an additional insurance policy through Lloyd’s of London to supplement SIPC protection known as Excess SIPC Coverage. The terms, limitations and conditions of the excess SIPC program, offered by Alpaca can be found at https://www.alpaca.markets.

3. Eligibility is subject to client qualification and minimum funding requirements. Incentives are calculated based on the initial funded balance initiated within the first week of opening the account. Waived fees apply only during the specified promotional period. Onboarding bonuses are non‑transferable and require a 2-year activity period.

Conditions and Promotional Period

This promotion is limited to one offer per Grasshopper Bank client. Clients must be (i) at least 18 years old; and (ii) a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington, DC. Employees of Grasshopper Bank, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or household members of each such person, are not eligible. Only one sign-on cash bonus per business owner or authorized signer, regardless of the number of businesses owned or operated by the client. The sign-on cash bonus will be credited to the eligible account immediately upon receipt of the qualifying deposit.

To receive the bonus associated with this promotion, clients must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the preceding section and 1) Have an Accelerator Checking or Accelerator Money Market Savings Account (“Account”); 2) fund their Treasury Account with $100,000 or more within seven (7) days of account opening; and 3) Maintain a minimum aggregate balance of $250,000 across eligible Grasshopper deposit accounts during the Maintenance Period.**

**The Maintenance Period begins eight (8) calendar days after account opening and ends 2 years (730 calendar days) after account opening.
