- Navigate to Settings
- Select Connectors
- Click Add Custom Connector
- If you are on a Claude Teams plan, only the Primary Owner or Owner roles can enable Custom Connectors.
- In the dialog box that appears, copy and paste the following information:
- Name: Grasshopper Bank AI Connector
- MCP Server URL: https://grasshopper-mcp.prd.narmitech.com/mcp/
- Click Add.
Note: For your security, connections must be re-authenticated within Claude every 7 days to continue to continue authorizing access to your bank account data.

- Only ChatGPT Owner and Admin users can access the Workspace Settings and Connectors menu.

While Claude and ChatGPT Admin users can share connectors with their team, only team members with Grasshopper Bank login credentials can establish the connection and access bank account data.
Once the connection is established, permissions are managed separately within Grasshopper’s online banking platform and the respective AI provider’s platform, allowing administrators to view, modify, or revoke access at any time.

No. This version is strictly read-only, which means it cannot initiate transactions, move funds, or make any changes to your account via our MCP Server. Any future “write” capabilities would require a separate, explicit agreement with additional security controls.
