Grasshopper now provides Startups and Small- and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs) with the ability to request international USD wires directly through our online and mobile banking platform. Innovator Checking Account Holders can now enjoy the benefit of a seamless, consolidated solution and simplified process for transferring money internationally.
Secure Virtual Chat
For our client’s protection, we have enhanced authentication for live chat within online and mobile banking. Innovator Business Checking Account Holders are now able to utilize authenticated, real-time chat without having to input additional information, ensuring that the chat experience with our Client Services team is as frictionless as possible.
Cash Back Rewards Summary
As a benefit of being an Innovator Checking Account holder, we provide clients with the ability to earn unlimited 1% cash back on qualified purchases. Now, Startup and SMB clients are able to review their cash back rewards summary directly within our online and mobile banking platform. This includes the amount of cash back earned each month, throughout the year and all time as a Grasshopper client.
Branded Virtual Cards
As a part of our efforts to continue to elevate the Grasshopper brand, we have updated the look of our virtual debit cards. Now, Innovator Checking Account Holders can instantly issue virtual debit cards in deep green with the Grasshopper and Visa brand marks. To check out the new design of our virtual debit cards, we encourage you to login and navigate to your card management tools.
Other Mobile Enhancements
Mobile banking users can now enjoy the benefit of an improved omnichannel experience with enhanced transaction functionality, including better spend tracking with mobile-friendly tags, ability to delete scheduled transactions, easier navigation and a redesigned account feed. Also, users will no longer have to re-enable their biometric login preferences following an app update due to enhanced data retention.
